Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before placing an order on UNIONMALL.ae. They explain how our UAE multivendor marketplace operates and the responsibilities of customers, vendors and UNIONMALL.
1. About UNIONMALL
UNIONMALL.ae is an online multivendor marketplace operated by HOME DELUXE BLDG MAT TR L.L.C.SP (the “Operator”, “UNIONMALL”, “we”, or “us”) in the United Arab Emirates. Independent sellers (“vendors”) may list and fulfil products through the marketplace.
These Terms apply to customers who browse or purchase products on UNIONMALL.ae. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies linked below.
2. Products, Listings & Availability
Products may be offered by different vendors. Product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, stock availability, warranty information and delivery conditions should be reviewed before ordering. Images may be illustrative where indicated.
We aim to keep listings accurate, but stock, prices and availability can change. An item shown online is not guaranteed to remain available until the order is accepted. We may contact you if an item is unavailable or a listing contains an obvious error.
3. Pricing, VAT & Charges
Prices are displayed in United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED). Applicable UAE VAT is calculated according to the tax settings of the products. Where VAT is included in the listed price, it is not added again. Where VAT is excluded, the applicable amount is added and shown in the checkout total.
Delivery fees and any applicable additional charges are shown before an order is submitted. The final payable amount is the total confirmed at checkout. A free-delivery indication applies only when the checkout confirms a zero delivery charge for the selected items and destination.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected products. An on-screen acknowledgement or order number confirms that we received your request; it does not guarantee fulfilment if payment, stock, delivery availability or other essential details cannot be verified.
UNIONMALL may contact you to clarify an address, product details or availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the available cancellation or refund options, as applicable.
5. Payments & Invoices
Only payment methods actually enabled at checkout are available for an order. Cash on Delivery may be offered for eligible orders and locations. Other payment options will apply only after they are activated and displayed on the website.
Customer invoices are issued or uploaded through UNIONMALL's administration process rather than being independently generated by vendors through the marketplace. Any invoice or tax documentation will reflect the applicable transaction and UAE legal requirements.
6. Delivery & Vendor Fulfilment
Independent vendors may manage packing, dispatch and delivery of products sold through their stores. Orders containing items from multiple vendors may arrive separately and may have separate delivery arrangements or charges.
Available delivery locations, delivery charges and any estimates are subject to the selected products, vendor arrangements and delivery address. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy and the final checkout information before ordering.
7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests are handled under our published Returns & Refunds Policy, the nature of the product, and applicable UAE consumer protection requirements. Some items may have special conditions, which should be disclosed on the product page where applicable.
Contact UNIONMALL support with your order number, the product concerned and supporting information if you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective item. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
8. Customer Information & Accounts
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials you use.
Customer information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Vendors receive information necessary to fulfil and support orders placed with them, subject to the marketplace's access controls and applicable privacy obligations.
9. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised access, or use content in violation of third-party rights.
The UNIONMALL website design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, logos and materials belonging to vendors or other parties remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Customer Support & Complaints
For order questions, delivery concerns, returns or complaints, contact UNIONMALL using the details below. Please include the order number and a description of the issue so we can review it with the relevant vendor where necessary.
We aim to resolve complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable UAE law. If a matter cannot be resolved directly, customers may use the consumer protection channels available under applicable law.
11. Applicable Law & Updates
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The version published on this page applies prospectively, subject to applicable law and any terms agreed for an existing order.
